We are not a medical provider, and the App does not offer medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The App is a diary for logging your baby’s daily activities (feeding, sleep, diaper changes) and is provided for general informational and record-keeping purposes only.

Any statistics, trends, summaries or suggestions the App generates - including suggested wake windows and sleep-time predictions - are automated estimates based solely on the data you enter and general, publicly available guidance. They are not medical advice and are not tailored to your child’s health, medical history or individual needs. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your child.

Always consult a professional

Every child is different. Do not use the App as a substitute for consultation with a pediatrician or other qualified healthcare professional. Never delay, disregard or discontinue medical advice because of anything shown in the App.

Do not use the App in emergencies. If you believe your child may have a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or a medical provider immediately.

Accuracy of your records

The App stores and processes the data you (and caregivers you invite) enter. We do not verify this data, and the App’s outputs are only as accurate as the entries they are based on.

Assumption of responsibility

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for how you use the information provided by the App; that you will not treat the App or its outputs as a substitute for professional medical advice; and that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from reliance on any information, statistic or suggestion provided by the App.

Nothing in this Disclaimer limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.
